I can honestly say I will never choose Adams for any work needed in the future. I had a water leak from my upstairs and the plumber recommended this company to me. They were quick to come out and tear everything up in order to get my insurance adjuster out quickly and put in a claim, but after that things just went south.
It took over four weeks to get my closet put back together and the guy that was doing the work was horrible. He had no idea what he was supposed to do when he got there the first day and didn't finish as I was expecting. Let alone he couldn't come until Saturday, which meant I lost my whole Saturday while he did half the work. The next week he came back and finished another quarter of the work, again not knowing what he was supposed to finish. The next week I got a call that the work had been completed and I received a very incomplete invoice. I told them that the worker still hadn't completed painting and they were surprised. When he came back to do the painting he didn't realize how much painting was required and even had to borrow my ladder (good thing I had one tall enough). After I came home from work I noticed that the area around the closet was still a big mess and there were still places that weren't painted. It took another week to get him to come out and finally finish painting.
After all of this, Adams still tried to charge me for work that wasn't even done. Very frustrated and wish I would have known how much they were going to charge before I had them come out.
