Service was not up to par (my par is like a bogey) lots of rum selection and decent ambiance. I was really disappointed in the 'smoked trout' appetizer. With all due respect that seemed store bought. Like the stuff you can get in the Whole Foods smoked fish section. I am not being cute either... I have had trout all over the world and ALMOST asked for the chef and his recipe to find out what their prep was. Anyways, I was obviously not happy with the dish and the server seemed to careless about my displeasure. Menu wasn't deep so couldn't pivot elsewhere...
Also, I swear the floors were a little dirty. It was dark but I could still tell.
I'm not the biggest rum fan....although the proximity of this place to where I live could have made it a prime candidate for a restaurant I frequent.
