  • I contacted Maids in Blue after my cleaning service and the owner, Ray, was prompt in his response. He advised that they guarantee their service and offered a re-clean of our apartment, which was subsequently scheduled. He also noted that our initial cleaners were new and were not fully aware of the standards of Maids in Blue and that he would send another team for the re-clean. I am satisfied with the re-clean and appreciate Ray's customer service in addressing the situation.
