  • I was going to rent a commercial space for my company. The lease stated I was responsible for the air conditioner and heating system. I asked Cool Touch to evaluate the systems. They came in one day and after complete testing and evaluation, they determined it would not be in my interest to rent this space based on the age and condition of the air conditioner. They stated it would cost me a lot to get it running properly and would probably need constant attention and repair. The cost of the evaluation was very inexpensive and saved me lot of wasted time and money. Cool Touch was quick , thorough and very open and honest. I will use them for any future air conditioning or heating needs. Rick F.
