  • A couple years ago Dr. Singh operated on our kitty's broken leg, putting him back together with a plate and screws. The doctor and the staff were all so helpful and skilled, and they made a difficult situation much more bearable. So, our big doggie blew out his back knee, so here we are working with Dr. Singh again. We're about 10 days out from the surgery, and things are going very, very well. As so many have said, the staff here are wonderfully professional, and they show a deep level of caring that puts a freaked out pet owner at ease. These people are animal lovers! Dr. Singh seems to be legendary among the veterinarian crowd as far as his surgical skill. I know our regular vet can't say enough about him. Besides that, Dr. Singh also has the people skills and is a great communicator. We were never left wondering about anything, and we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Others have mentioned the great communication, and I completely agree. We were sent all the usual medical notes, just the same as for people under medical care. PDFs were sent by email of the consultation, the history and physical exam, the lab results, the operative note, and the discharge summary as well as inpatient update notes from Dr. Singh and Dr. Jones. And, on top of that both Dr. Jones and Dr. Singh made personal phone calls to us. Also, x-rays were available online showing the before and after. The skill, dedication, professionalism and caring shown by Dr. Singh, Dr. Jones, and the entire staff has once again exceeded any expectation. I'm so happy to know that our community has a place like this where our sick and injured animals can receive this level of care.
