If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went in on 1/8/18 to look for a specific paintbrush. I got literally two steps into the store and my phone rang so I immediately walked back out and took my call. My husband waited with me outside while I was finishing my call and an employee walked out, stopped in the doorway and glared at us. Figuring she probably thought I walked in, grabbed something and walked out, I ignored it. As soon as I was done with my call, we walked in and she again was glaring at us. She walked away and went into what I assume was some sort of office and then right away we heard over the intercom "security please watch cameras 3+4)". Well, we were in those isles. After a while of walking around the store trying to find something else, my husband noted to me the employee was following us through the store. I turned around and again she was glaring at me while pretending to organize something. I walked up to the register, her behind us and checked out. I've never felt so discriminated in a store in my life. If her job was loss prevention, she was horrible at it. If she's just a normal employee she should work on her people skills. The employees behavior made me and my husband extremely uncomfortable and because of this we will not be returning to this store. I attempted to call the store on 1/11 to find out her information to complain to the store manager but my number was left for him and he has not returned it as of this date. The manager of framing I spoke to on the phone apologized profusely and was polite. The rude employee has a shoulder length long bob (dark blonde or light brown), white, probably in her mid to late thirties.
