This place is a merely OK. 4 stars is pretty generous, but it seems that Las Vegas has a bit of star inflation. If you're hungry and can't drive 0.5 miles elsewhere, it's not bad as long as you don't get your expectations too high. We ended up getting Cutlet bowl and the crab jumping rice. It tasted like a mediocre Yoshinoya, and my wife and I left somewhat disappointed but no longer hungry.
For the cost, you're betting off going to a teriyaki competitor infliced with madness. For the taste, you could do a lot better elsewhere. However, if you only have a little bit of time for lunch break and every other place is busy, you could do much worse.
