  • Very nice rooms but the customer service was terrible! When we checked in today we found out that the lounge and the pool were closed for a private event but we still had to pay the resort fee even though we didn't have use of the facilities. Then the management tried to buy me off with a free drink so I wouldn't complain. Really? I will never stay here again! Instead of letting people know in advance that facilities will not be available they wait for you to check in then tell you too bad, deal with it! Amazing!
