  • This was my first experience with Yoga Flex. I wanted to try a location that was closer to my house and my friend had good things to say about it. Upon entering, the front desk staff didn't say anything other than it will be a free session since it's my first and that I needed to fill out the 1 page form. It's too bad because they have a cute area where they sell clothing and also provide tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have been shown around a little and to see where the bathrooms and changing areas are located. When I entered the yoga room the teacher greeted me and my friend. She was very friendly, introduced herself and discussed our needs. The class was not overly packed and the teacher took time to help those individuals that needed it. The class ended with a cool washcloth saturated in a lavendar scent. It was so calming and smelled woderful. Overall I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the space. This was a basic yoga class and would have been good for someone at any level.
