  • If I could provide a negative star, I most certainly would!! My experience was so bad, you can't even make this up; I purchased a side sofa table from them. It unfortunately didn't fit in my living room, so I returned it the very next day (they have a horrific 24 hour return policy, otherwise you're charged a 25% stocking fee). I returned it to their showroom, and the girl told me I had to return it to their warehouse, and exact words, "don't worry, they have a debit machine at the warehouse as well" (as I paid via my debit card). I hauled the table back into my car and went to their warehouse. Here's where it gets exciting: the guy at reception told me they cannot credit back to my debit card (with a debit machine sitting on their front counter :) ...they can only write a check. "Who on earth writes checks for refunds"?, I asked. The guy at reception was polite, and before he could respond, some young girl working next to him chimes in smugly and states, "we do". WOW, talk about zero customer service skills!! Here's where it gets even more exciting :) I said ok, give me my check. I was then told they cannot provide checks on the spot - I can return to pick up the check, or they would mail it to me. WOW!! ..so Revolve will happily take your money ASAP, ...but heaven forbid if you return something, they'll make you jump through hoops to get your money back! I opted for the incredibly friendly customer service option of picking up my check. I returned the next day, ...they handed me a check. I opened it in my car, and it was for someone else :) ...went back inside, returned the wrong check and they gave me mine. ...then had to go to my bank and deposit it. All over a $300 table!! BE WARNED if you purchase form Revolve using your Debit Card and you need to return anything!! This company really needs to analyse their refunds process and train their employees in customer service etiquette. They've lost my business, ..and word like this spreads quickly! To Revolve Management - you really need to get your act together!
