  • I bought a 2011 Dodge ram Laramie from this dealer a little over a week ago. Love the truck but there are a few minor issues. I have a very loud ticking coming from the right front wheel well. Map light, charging port and antenna loose. Seemingly short time to diagnose "at least" what is the matter. I dropped my truck off on Monday afternoon and was assured that my truck was on the list to be looked at in the am and promised a call after. I hadn't heard from the service advisor by 4 pm so I called. He told me they hadn't looked at it yet.... backed up because of the heat and cars lined up.... blah blah... Called back near closing time to ensure they had all the issues I knew of on the list. Well good news, I was next on the list to have my truck looked at in the morning... Here it is Noon and now some how I have dropped to 4th on the list! I wonder if it is because I had purchased a bumper to bumper warrantee, so no cash from this customer!!!! I am Hopping mad! Bought a New to me truck and I cant even drive it! Why cant I be on a call back list GRRRRRRRRR
