  • I've rented from several Public Storage facilities over the past few months due to a complex move across the country. I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised with ever facility and each staff member I have worked with. However, Jason from this location deserves extra recognition. He went above and beyond (after me - tired from a 2600 mile drive - couldn't really handle much), in getting me set up and into my unit - what's more, due to some system issues - drove to another facility to print out my paperwork. That type of dedication and customer service is extremely rare, and needs to be celebrated.
