  • I've waited to write a review, after I've been here several times. The first time I went was awesome, great service and everything the Thai Boba tea was as I expected. I've been in 2 times since and I've been disappointed. The second time there was one person in front of me, I waited 5 minutes and still kept waiting. There were 2 people working so I thought that the other person would be waiting on me, nope, so I ended up walking out. This last time I went in, they said that they didn't have the regular boba ready that it would be 15 minutes. They offered an alternative "lycee fruit boba". I tried it, but seriously, it was not very good in Thai tea. I've specifically gone there because they have boba, not to have something you advertise there, really is being ill-prepared. They are located in a busy shopping plaza and I think that they need to have more people working and better planning for their inventory. I won't be going back.
