  • We were in need of a new mattress and first went to Sam's Club but were not happy with anything they offered. So after doing some online checking for both prices and reviews, we went to Best Mattress. As a person who generally hates the entire sales process, I was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure environment and our salesman, Brian, was very patient and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered, and when it came down to our final two choices, with one being twice the price of the other, there was no pressure to go with the more expensive choice. (Which by our own choice we eventually made.) I had come with my truck expecting that I'd have to haul the mattress and box springs home and set them up myself, but Brian advised that they had free delivery and setup, and could get the mattress to us that day. I would have never thought that I could say I had a enjoyable experience buying a mattress, but I do say it now. My daughter will be needing a new mattress soon and I won't even think of looking anywhere else.
