  • From the point I walked into the establishment I was overcome by earsplitting laughter from one of the employees who decided to have a social gathering in the middle of her shift. Which made it really hard to hear the employee who was doing her job and trying to help me. After she got my ice cream I ended up waiting 10 minutes before she jumped in to ring me out because the other employee was too distracted to do her job. Guess that's what happens when you hire high school students who don't know how to be professional in the presence of friends.
