They gave us a dirty car (crumbs, dust, sticky spots) with a ton of knicks and dents on the sides. It is what it is! So, we drove 500 miles and started getting a check engine light and a time for an oil change indicator. I called Alamo and was transferred 4 times. Nobody knew how to handle the situation. Finally they told me I had to drive it to a certain Alamo that was 45 minutes away from us. I'm on vacation and wasting a minimum of 2 hours dealing with this is not what I want to be doing. Never again Alamo! We've never had a problem when renting cars from Enterprise.
