  • This is a satellite location that accepts dry cleaning for another store that has the actual cleaning equipment. The woman that works there has always been nice to me, and they've been generally quick with their return. Sadly, the last two times I've sent laundry there it's come back unsatisfactory. I sent a shirt to be laundered, and it came back only pressed, with evidence that it had not been cleaned at all. Same deal with pants with road salt stains at the bottom. The pants came back folded and pressed, but not cleaned. The worst was finding some kind of animal hair (I have no animals, never have) stuck to the legs of suit pants that I sent in for dry cleaning. Then when I call this location to explain my problem, I'm given a number to their main location and the name of a manager. A manager that never returned my phone message. It wasn't worth my time or money to pursue a complaint further, and I've determined that I'm going to find a new cleaners. I hope if you do try this place you have much better luck than I have.
