  • WOW, is the one word that describes our experience. My wife was looking to possibly replace her charger and was thinking of something like an SUV. She loved her charger, so she wasn't committed to buying something new. I saw the Mini ad om TV and suggested we try there. The moment she saw the mini she was excited. Bill helped us and he was absolutely amazing. She normally wont do a test drive, but she liked the look and Bill was so kind and patient that she changed her mind about driving it, she fell in love with how nicely it handled. We were dead set on a price we were willing to pay and Bill actually was able to bring us a better price in the end. My wife absolutely loves motoring around in her Mini!
