  • When we walked in this store we fell in love with a beautiful living room set, the sales person David was awesome. We paid up front the total and were promised our furniture 4-6 weeks out. Spoke to the new Manager Wayne several times to review our date of delivery, which was on a Monday. Took the Monday off waiting for a call to confirm a delivery time? After calling numerous times Wayne said he said the furniture was in the warehouse, then he said they didn't know what happened and blamed it on Richardson's furniture. He never returned my call after that said he was sick. So I called Dean the owner of Richardson's furniture and got a totally different answer. They couldn't get the fabric I wanted and didn't find out until Tuesday. WTH Mega furniture never responded to me so I handled the situation myself. There customer service sucks I would never recommend anyone to buy anything here since there is no professionalism, they lie which is very sad not a way the business should of run. Also shouldn't the sales person maybe called, I guess since they got 4000.00 up front they don't give a s@#$%!!
