  • Terrible, terrible customer service. Ordered 3 shampoo neck rest. Smashed into a small box. One was damaged n I called to let them know. He asked me to take a picture and send it to his cell number which I did after 4 days no responses from him whatsoever . So I text him again still no response. After two weeks one of the other sink rest tore in the middle apparently these were very old Shampoo neck rest that they must have had laying around. Be aware when ordering from this company I will never order again since they have never contacted me.
