  • Usually come here when I need an oil change and have never had much of a problem, minus the wait time of 1 hr- 1hr 1/2. But my most recent visit left me just a tad bit annoyed. I pull up to the Service lot and usually someone will come to me or I go inside to let them know I need my oil change. This particular day, they just seem slammed and understaffed. I approached the desk and told the first guy who made eye contact that I needed an oil change. He says it's his first day but he will make sure I will be helped shortly. Takes about 5 mins for a guy outside to notice my car is just chilling there and he is the one who helps me out. He takes my keys, put the tag # on my car, comes back inside and tells me that this other guy in the counter will take my information. So I go up and patiently wait since I can see he's busy finishing up something else, but then he leaves. Now there I freaking am looking like some dumb idiot who was waiting for no reason. Nothing was said. Could at least told I could sit down still so I'm not just freaking standing there. I sit back down like "alright whatever, they're busy". He comes back, still completely ignored me and mumbles to another worker something like "I don't know what all this stuff is, you people keep just leaving stuff in front of me" all irritated. I just thought that was a little bit unprofessional, seeing that EVERYONE in that waiting area can hear you. 20 mins pass...and no one has called me up or anything. The man from the outside returns and notices this and FINALLY gives me to someone else. That portion was only part of what annoyed me. As I'm waiting, an hour or so passes. One of the salesman approach me asking what model and crap my car is. Then proceeds to ask me if I've seen the latest models and I'm like "yes I see them on the road..." then he continues to ask if I want to see the new ones and how he can show me pricing plans. This is after I just told him that I'm not planning on buying a new car anytime soon. He is super persistent, which I completely get because they have to be. But I think I denied him like 10 times before he finally left me alone. I was already beyond irritated at this point from waiting and the prior service. Finally my car is done. I pay, I leave and walk to my car. That same salesman is staring right at me as I'm warming up my engine. At first I don't make eye but smile down. But then he continues to just stare. Like what the fuck are you looking at? & then he continued to creepily stare as I'm pulling out. Seriously, can I fucking help you? I've never gotten so heated after an oil change. I felt incredibly uncomfortable with that guy the moment he approached me about viewing the cars. This recent visit just made me want to get my services done elsewhere. Never experienced that much awkwardness in my damn life.
