If you want authentic Chinese food look no more. While the ambiance is not super fancy the food here is amazing and you won't be paying those crazy Las Vegas Strip price. The last time I went to a Casino Chinese restaurant, I paid $15 for pork fried rice and you only get a third of what you would here. What to get here - rosy duck and rosy chicken are always delicious - crispy skin with just the right amount of fat that melts in you mouth. Hot and sour soup and chicken corn soup are also a must try. For the veggie and tofu lovers the braised tofu with black mushrooms in brown sauce and the eggplant in garlic sauce is a must try. Also the pepper shrimp (of course with the shell on) is tasty - in fact it was so good we had to order another plate last time. I tried the cucumber salad and it was ok but I like mine a bit tangier and more garlic. This is a place where you would bring overseas Chinese guests to.
