  • Rain and witnessing a drug deal go down in the parking lot did not deter us from trying OSP, and we are so glad we did! I need this pizza in my life. Where to start? It's not your ordinary pizzeria with items like "date cream" or "scamorza" and even a porchetta sandwich. Garlic Mascarpone cream? Yes, thank you for this delicious creamy dip for your pizza, fingers, whatever...you'll want to take shots of this stuff. The place is small and comfortable. We sat in front of the pizza window to watch the magic. They cure their dough for 1.5 days to give it a natural crunchy crust. It holds up to the cheese and toppings without going limp. The sauce is perfect. Light & fresh pear tomatoes which is not overdone. I can't wait to come back and take my North Vegas clients to lunch here. Helpers were right about this being a hidden gem!
