  • I reached out to Pete at Pure Landscape and offered a resolution for their terrible and incomplete work. Very little was accomplished in that conversation other than him making excuses and then challenging my military service in a very disrespectful way. At that point, any sign of resolution was gone. This guy and his company really needs to reevaluate how they do business and how they treat people. I filed a BBB complaint against them and in their response, they claimed they came out additional times ( for free) to satisfy my complaints...they had to come out to complete the job they should have done in the first place. Honesty and integrity are an issue with Pete and Pure Landscaping.
