  • Came I yesterday after reading the great reviews on Yelp. The place is located at the back of the plaza but is easy to find. Just follow the signs. Fred was very friendly and pleasant. I showed him my Roots boots. The rubber soles were detaching from the shoe. He advised that it could be fixed and explained the process of what work needed to be done. He was patient and answered my questions. While looking at the boots he noticed that the heel was very worn. He suggested a heel replacement and explained the process for this and showed me what type of rubber he would be using. He was not pushy and left it up to me to decide whether or not to replace the heel. I decided to get it all done. The price was reasonable ($60) and it was ready the next day!! The boots look like new! So happy since I they are my favorite pair of boots and the leather is still in great shape. He polished the boots and it looks like new again. I would highly recommend this place. Fred really know what he is doing, is friendly, straightforward and offers great customer service. Give this place a try you won't regret it!!
