  • what a pathetic company. I fell at work, sorry that no one saw me fall. I immediately filled out a workmans comp claim that was denied. I had to take them to the Industrail Board to appeal their decision. Before the hearing date they made me appear before their attorney who took my deposition concerning my fall. The attorney talked to me as if I committed a crime. He even yelled at me that I was not answering his questions correctly, Yes he yelled at me. After appearing at the court the judge ruled in my favor. I was allowed physical therapy that did nothing to relieve my current pain. Now they are telling me they believe I have permanent physical disability and will not authorize any additional help.
