You can get some good bargains at Cosco.... however, they could use some serious training in customer relations. Costco makes their customers wait in line to get out of the store. They have an employee parked at the exit to examine everyone's cart against their sales receipt to make sure no one stole anything from the cash register to the exit door. Mind you, there's no merchandise on display from the cash register to the exit door!!!! This process makes the customer feel like they're not trustworthy and maybe even a convict!
Perhaps posting video cameras from the cashier to the exit door would be a good idea! That way you could put an employee at the exit door that GREETS the customer warmly and says " Thank you for your business! Have a nice day!"
