  • Dr Severino is an amazing Doctor! My husband and I are so happy we found him again. The only downside is some of the staff is not very pleasant. Come on...they are dealing with patients who are extremely hormonal and going through something that is very emotional! My husband was giving a specimen and could hear the girls right outside of the room and all the giggling and laughing. They never called to go over the results with him. He had to call several times and the staff kept saying "well it looks great! Call Doc and let him know!!" They should notify the doctor. Also I called to check on a rx they wrote me for an antibiotic. They never wrote the date on it and the pharmacy is waiting to hear back. The woman who answered just sounded like she hated life and gave me such an attitude when I asked her questions. If you don't like you're job, get a freakin new one. They only seem concerned with money and payments and even the finance rep didn't quote is properly. They seem like they are all in such a hurry and this is such an emotionally draining process to go through!! On a more positive note: I love the doctors, but some of their staff they need to replace or make them go through some serious customer service training. Heather at the front desk is extremely nice. I love her...she's awesome! They give military, fire and police a discount so that's very helpful.
