| - The room is good. At least your are living above 25th floor.
We had 3 nights there, and we booked 3 rooms on Ivory Tower. When we came to check in on the first night, it was too late, so the front desk told us we have to live in separate floors. However, the hotel manager Joshua promised us we can go back and double check with the same floor availability after 12pm next day, so they can arrange our rooms on the same floor. We agreed. Thus, One of us live on 26th floor, and rest of stayed on the 5th floor.
However, as soon as 9am next day morning, me and other two friends heard the extremely noisy construction drill keeping coming for 3 hours and we could not fall asleep. Come on! This is Las Vegas! We are coming for relax! I complaint to the front desk when I check the upper level availability but the response was like: you should not heard the noise. I was disappointed and said you should come to my room and hear it.
I was still waiting for my room arrangement and they still cannot give me any response. The front desk asked me to hold my 5th floor room key until I come back at night, so I can exchange the key with them. So I went out with my friend. However, I received the call from front desk at 6.30 said I should go back to switch the room key before 8pm. I was so mad, as nobody told me I should go back before 8 before! They said they could not do anything with it. Why you blame your fault to your customers? This is not fair and ridiculous! Finally, when I came back, I found the same manager Joshua and talked with him, so he gave me a 51th floor room with a good night view.
