| - When I walked in, I smiled at the barista/cashier. She did not return my smile, but something more along the lines of a friendly stare, I don't know. Eh, I figured she was shy.
I ordered a latte, and initiated some light banter, asking how long they've been in operation, etc...got a blunt answer, with no smile "Two Years." Ok never mind, no points for hospitality. It was 11am on a Sunday, and they weren't by any means busy.
I received my latte, and she had made a Rosetta. I was delighted! Usually, latte art would indicate that the barista knows enough to properly pull a shot. However, their espresso had no dimension (maybe their choice of beans? Idk) my milk was also very overheated. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed.
I did not try any of their food, but I will not return for their coffee. If she was pleasant I might have chalked it up to an "off-day", and tried it again, but I have no desire to return to a place that will treat their customers the way that she did.
