  • Great food but disappointing service. I can't believe that four servers could be missing from the fundamentals of customer service. Brutally cold outside, we hunker in, there are a few empty tables that need to be cleared and cleaned, and we are told to wait. Five minutes later, we are still waiting and standing, apparently the four servers can't get their act together and are prioritizing into counting money and other business at the cash register. Having been before, I know the place has excellent food for the price, and knew what I was getting in for, but it is no point of eating there if the enjoyment is marred by such fundamental shortcomings, and when it can be so easily corrected. My advice: if you have tolerance for some customer dis-service, go there. The food and price is good.
