  • Check in was prompt and very professional. The lobby is amazing. Smells good. Delicious food at check in that admittedly is expensive. Complimentary internet and breakfast. The room is on the small side but utilizes space well. Is very clean and cozier than most hotels I've stayed at. There's even a couch and ottoman in front of the large screen TV. Which may not matter to most but is definitely a welcome appearance. My only complaint would be the bathroom was a little on the smaller side. The shower itself was amazing though with glass sliding doors and tile floor. No microwave either but for my that wasn't a big deal. For the price I'd say it's a steal! Definitely would go out of my way to stay here again whenever I'm visiting Charlotte.
