  • Great apartments. They have an assortment of different sized apartments (1-2 bedroom, 1-2 bathroom), and a large community. There are a variety of people who live here, and the residents typically get along very well. Noise has never been a problem for our building (I'm not sure about other parts of the apartment complex, but I've never heard any complaints). There are two pools, a community center, a workout facility, storage closets (that come with each apartment), community grills & picnic tables, and laundry facilities. Laundry is paid for using a card that you can put money on... Fernwood gives you the card and I think about $5 when you get your apartment. Also, utilities are included in the rent! That's really wonderful. Great air conditioning / heating system in the apartments. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful.
