I called Rod about my broken garage door this afternoon and he was there in less than two hours! In fact, he got to my house a little earlier than our appointment, before I was back from walking my dog(!), but he saw that it was "an easy fix"--just a little bent--and fixed it. He was driving off as I returned from the walk (madly flailing my arms trying to get his attention!). He left his card and a vcm with his direct #, so I gave him a call right away. "No charge." WHAT????? And he gave me a ballpark quote on a new door right then. When's the last time you experienced this kind of customer service?? Upright Garage Door has MY business, that is certain. :-)
