  • This mall is kind of disappointing. The Sephora in JcPenney was the last straw. There were three employees and zero customers in store when I arrived. When asked if they could help me, I asked them their thoughts on a particular foundation and if they could help me pick a shade. They told me it was a great foundation and then proceeded to chat amongst themselves for several minutes, leaving me standing their awkwardly. After several minutes passed, I just walked out empty handed. I didn't buy foundation or probably the $200 worth of other products I would've picked up for Mother's Day.
