  • THE WORST!!!! Would give 0 stars if possible. On hold for 15 minutes to SCHEDULE an appointment. Then the girl gets on phone and asks me to hold because she is finishing up with patient. Ok. Well she gets back on after 7 minutes then hangs up on me. Do places that provide "service" forget you PAY them and that the customer has choices??? My choice is to NEVER use them and to convince as many people that will listen, that their time is important too! Something that "service" businesses seem to disregard.
