rev:text	I scheduled for someone to come out and check out my pop ups and clean my filter. The guy arrived in a tee shirt with the sleeves cut off, tattoos all over, and looked kind of scary. Oh well, do not judge, I explained what I wanted done and he acted as if he had never seen a pop up cleaning system before... but said he would call he boss and get started. I went back into the house then about 5min later looked outside and he was trying to pry off my pop ups with a folding knife... I ran outside and asked what he was doing and asked why he was not using a tool, he said he did not have one. I told him to forget that job, just clean my filter. I went back in-side and about 45 min later came out to see what was taking so long and he was messing with my hose.. I again asked him what he was doing and he said filling up the tank. I went back to take a look and it was full of debris, I asked if he was going to vacuum it out, he said no... so I did it myself. Then I asked why he did not fill up the tank with the 5 gal bucket that I had sitting beside the tank. Now comes the last straw.. he tried for 1 hour to get the unit back together without leaking. Finally he said he had to go, I would have been upset but I really just wanted him to go away. When he left I took everything apart and actually cleaned off the O-ring. No wonder it did not seal it was full of dirt. Oh ya, he actually had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to purchase his monthly service... are you freaking kidding.
