I came in looking for braiding cord to put in my hair. I asked one of the employees and mistakenly said "braiding coil." She gave me the ugliest look and said "you're looking for what?!" It was super rude and her attitude was very flip, as if she didn't want to be bothered. I went to Michael's the night before and had a much more pleasant experience. This was after attempting to go to Hobby Lobby, thinking they closed at 9p instead of 8p. I see that there aren't many cars in the parking lot so I rode slowly past the door to see what their store hours were and could see an employee standing on the inside of the door rudely motioning for me to keep driving. I gladly went to Michael's. The employees at Hobby Lobby have a demeanor that isn't warm and inviting. My interaction with the few employees that assisted me was dry and made it clear that they didn't care much about creating a pleasant experience for the customer. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here when Michael's is less than 5 minutes away.
