  • Very disappointed. This rating is based on an overall experience. My son who is 12 years old is a huge Gordon Ramsey fan. So we decided to eat at one of Ramsey's restaurants and we were deeply disappointed. The food here was okay. My son appreciates food and loves to cook. He ordered the short ribs. My husband ordered the recommended fish and chips. For the price it was descent but would never order again. Please see attached picture. 2 pieces of fish. You would think the presentation would be better at a Gordon Ramsey's restaurant. My other son and myself ordered the burger. bland bland bland.. nothing special. My son said the short ribs were okay .. he has had better. We do not mind spending the money when it is a great or even a good dining experience and tasty food. This was disappointing not only for the parents but for my sons!! We spent approximately $150.00 on lunch and we were still hungry. We didn't order the desert. I was afraid it would be horrible. A tip for the restaurant - you need to assign less tables to a waitress or put more staff. For a restaurant like Gordon Ramsey's we expect that waters are to be immediately refilled and the waitress to check up on a table not only when he/she takes the order but throughout the experience. I had to flag her down to ask for more ketchup and tarter sauce. A customer doesn't need to flag a waitress down. Although we still left a tip because my husband is generous, I wanted to leave zero. Unfortunately, we won't be back- not sure if we will eat at another Gordon Ramsey's restaurant. Disappointing that's all I can say.
