  • Frustrated with my experience at this university location. There were 4 employees at the registers and only 1 was checking out customers. It was clear they were busy, but there were about 5 people waiting. Not one time did anyone acknowledge any of us and the 1 cashier checking out did not seem rushed to assist the next. When I finally made to the counter I had a coupon and was told , with disgust, that none of my items qualified. Ok, so i promptly went to retrieve other items and then right back in the sea of waiting customers. At this point, no was jumping in to assist the line of customers. I put my items down and promptly left. The feeling and attitude of the store is not like the Cotswold store I visit regularly, they are always on their game for their customers. This university location is convenient for work, but I will not be going back. They need some training in how to take care of their customers. Ugh!
