Customer service here is ridiculous. Granted that i walked in at almost closing time, which i understand everyone wants to go home when the store closes but for associates to pass by me and tell me i better be done by 8 or the registers will close or as i pass by the entrance of the store this old lady that is an associate goes out of her way to yell were closed and that i cant keep shopping around ? Never in any store that i have ever been too will i get yelled to hurry up, on top of that i tell the associate she cant yell at me to hurry up & her response was "yes i can. Wow honestly ridiculous.If the registers need to be closed by a certain time then close at an earlier time . At the end of the day im a paying customer and i shouldnt have to be followed around or whispered about on walkie talkies for them to get me out of the store, espcially when there is others just like myself still shopping. Worst experience at home goods EVER. Associates need better customer service training. But im sure their corporate would love to know how this store is being ran ;)
