  • Good enough for its price. Rooms are clean and nice. Linens are fresh. Bathrooms are shared for no more than 2-3 rooms (usually long-stay), so they are clean too. Kitchen is overfilled with utensils, but is tidy and spacious. There is a laundry (washer and dryer) in a basement. Guests are allowed to use it for free at Sat & Sun. I've stayed there for 30 days, and I felt there as in my second home from the very first week. Really nice and friendly atmosphere. A host is friendly, almost invisible, but keeping all the things right. Location is good; close to downtown (10 min walking). Neighborhood is nice, sunny, clean and safe. Streetcars are only one block either east or north.
