  • The front desk was very nice and helpful. We left a car at the hotel and went out of town for a few days and didn't have any problems with the process. The shuttle to the airport was newer and we were the only ones in it so we had lots of room, the driver was very friendly. Upon our detours from out of town we called for a shuttle pickup and the time for pickup was quoted 5-15 minutes so we walked outside and the shuttle was there which was great. The shuttle back to the hotel was smaller and completely full of people, the driver offered us bottled water. Over all great experience and my car was still in the condition it had been left.
