Do not trust your vehicle with this company. The Staff is very friendly but the quality of work is awful.
My insurance company advised me to use AAP to repair my Land Rover after an accident. After giving me a roughly 2.5 week repair time calculation, AAP took around 5 weeks to get the repair done. At 5 weeks, I went to pick up my vehicle, and started driving home, when the Rover started pulling very hard to the right. It was pulling hard enough to make it dangerous to drive. I took it back for another alignment (all while having to arrange for rides to the other side of town from friends) and they advised me it was the tires causing the problem. After they had replaced one back tire (which I advised them you cannot do because of different wearing) I asked them to replace the other back tire (this was all before I picked up the vehicle the first time). Now the front tires needed replacing. The front tires were perfectly fine and driving straight before I brought the vehicle in. All of this should have been handled before I tried picking up the vehicle the first time!
After replacing the front tires and getting the truck driving straight again, I took the Rover up to UT. While driving, my passengers in the back seat (and my back seat) flipped backwards and nearly injured themselves! I pulled over and noticed that AAP hadn't screwed the back seat down and all the bolts were just sitting in the floor. I had to spend an hour and a half bolting the seats down on the road as I did not have the proper tool to do so. Additionally, I noticed a bunch of damage to my door seals that AAP caused. What a nightmare.
