  • Great hotel for the price! Friendly staff and great room layouts. The bar and restaurant on the main level had an upscale and trendy vibe to it. Very close to most East Side attractions (Art Museum, Botanical Gardens, Case Western, Cleveland Clinic, etc.) Few slight drawbacks... room service did not take our breakfast order that we hung on the door. That was a bit of a let down in the morning... after waiting an extra half hour we realized our order was still hanging on the door and then just called it down anyway. Also they are Valet only, which I personally don't like. I had to get something from my car and the exchange was just more awkward than it had to be. I said I would get my things myself, but he told me not to worry that he would get it for me... but I didn't wan't this guy going through the stuff in my car. Again, nothing major... just a minor annoyance.
