  • Despite the couple of unfavorable reviews below - I have only exceptional feedback for Sunbelt Electric and their Tech, Frank. Honestly, I'm sure the negative feedback noted below should be directed at the Home Warranty company, not this vendor or the Tech. Heather (I believe was her name!) from their office called to confirm a Tech would arrive btwn 12p-3pm and call ahead. Frank (Tech) called 20 minutes out, and arrived promptly. Professionally uniformed (a nice change as many warranty companies have vendors that leave much to the imagination on who is coming in the door to help you), calm, educated, polite, and well-spoken. Frank immediately diagnosed the issue (master breaker) and got to work. 30 minutes later, the work was complete. Frank explained what had happened and how it happened, and in terms a non-electician could understand. Frank spoke highly of the warranty company, his employer, and was knowledgable. This is the kind of service provider - and representative of that providor - you want in your home. I highly recommend Sunbelt (and ask for Frank - although I'm sure all of their Tech's are great) without further qualification. A (now) loyal customer for my electrical needs (with or without warranty). I will highly recommend them to my clients. Well done Sunbelt and Frank.
