  • I went in a few weeks ago at the tempe location and the lady who did my lashes smelled awful the entire time like she just smoked a pack of cigs right before my appointment. So unprofessional. I was trying to be friendly and ask questions/get suggestions because it was my first time with the company (not my first time getting extensions). She was so rude and short with me. Didn't say a word the entire appointment. When I left I followed the exact instructions and all my lashes were GONE within two days. Bummed because I've heard such great things about them, but this was an awful experience and big waste of money and time!
