Wow super terrible service!!! Will never use 1800 flowers ever again. Tried to send flowers to my mother in law and paid extra for Mother's Day delivery only to be sent email that they attempted but know one answered no note was left or anything and costumer service couldn't communicate well she said they tried at 2:30 am I doubt anyone would deliver at that hour I asked for money back and was hung up on sent another email saying the address that she has lived at for over 5 years now is wrong which it is not. Honestly the worst costumer service I've had I also contacted the bbb about this because Mother's Day was the 13th and she still has no gift or even a note saying they tried to deliver and it's the 16th!
