  • I heard many ads on the radio for Goettle and they seemed to be an honest, trustworthy company. I had a weird smell in my home and Goettle said it was my HVAC and they convinced me to do a treatment that cost $1,800 and ASSURED me it would solve my problems. IT DIDN"T so they came back out and said I needed some additional items added to my units and they would give me a 'discount' on them. Another $1000. Problem still there. Now they say I could spend another $2,500 and 'maybe' fix the problem but it could be something else. So now I have a smelly house and a $2800 VISA bill. Upfront I asked for a guarantee on the work and they said they wouldn't put it in writing but assured me they would keep coming back until the problem was fixed. Well yah they come back but want me to buy more stuff. You don't get what you pay for. Not even the advertised flashlight. Will be filing a claim with the contractors bureau when I can find the time.
