  • I went here today and it was awful. I got a cut and color. I told the lady I wanted dark brown. She kept trying to tell me I needed to go darker because my ends were dark. I reiterated that WAS not what I wanted. She did it anyway and turned my hair black. The color is very dull and has no shine what so ever. When I complained, the manager told me she "couldn't do anything about it because that was the color I picked." The girl also got black hair dye all over my face! It looks like giant bruises! I am dreading going to work tomorrow. I paid $100 for this terrible color. They didn't offer me a discount or anything! I could have done a much better job if I had gone to CVS and bought a box of color. At least I would have the color I want! My hair is ruined! Don't ever come here!!! It was expensive, terrible costumer service, and horrible work from stylists!
